Between Ruth’s gentle but firm negotiating experience and Dana’s photography and computer tech experience, they can equally list and sell homes with Professionalism and Style! Born in 1952 and raised in a Parsonage with four other sisters (no brothers)

Grew up in many states, New York, Illinois, Kansas, Missouri, back to NY
•
Attended Eastern Nazarene College (Quincy,MA) after graduating from Rome Free Academy in 1970
•
Married a Preacher’s Kid, Randy Parker, in 1972, and moved to Ithaca and then Rochester, NY
•
Had three handsome sons while living in Rochester, NY. Dana, Jeremy and Jason
•
In 1996, due to new job transfer, our family moved to Downingtown, Chester County, PA
•
In 1997 became a licensed Realtor and have enjoyed 17 years of serving wonderful buyers and sellers
•
In May, 2013 oldest son, Dana, joined me in business forming the Parker Home Team
•
I have the heart of a counselor, teacher, and leader. I love people and will go the extra mile for others, not because it is my duty, but because it is my desire

We work out of my lovely home office in West Caln Township where Amish buggies pass by often
•
I love learning the greatest tech tools to better serve my clients in Chester and Lancaster Counties

Born in Rochester, NY in 1978, one of three brothers, graduated from Downingtown High School

Graduated with a degree in Business from Eastern Nazarene College (ENC) in Quincy, MA

Wife Elise and two daughters, Hailey and Madilyn
•
Worked as a Double Agent for the Geek Squad at Best Buy in Braintree Mass
•
Worked as the Director of Financial Aid for Eastern Nazarene College,
Worked as the Coordinator of Institutional Research and Financial Aid Compliance for ENC
•
Moved to Coatesville, PA and got a real estate license in 2013
•
Joined mother Ruth Parker to make the Parker Home Team
•
Remain a high tech, very personable, very skilled negotiator and marketing expert
•
Have professional photography skills and equipment for top notch listing images and marketing
•
Involved with the media team and teens at Brandywine Grace Church
•
Works with the leadership team of Women of Faith Alliance
